Cake created by member Mary LazaridesMary Lazarides became obsessed with cake decorating last April and it's amazing what she has accomplished in such a short time! Mary owes her success to mastering all the Wilton Cake Decorating courses, classes with Colette Peters, Chef Lauri Ditunno at the French Culinary Institute, and Scott Clark Woolley. She plans to open her own custom cake business in the near future.

I can say from first hand experience that Mary's cakes are as delicious as they are beauitful. Her creativity is amazing!
This cake is outstanding and reflects her obvious talent and training. If her cakes taste as good as they look, Mary is definitely going places.
I am looking forward to meeting Mary at a future meetup. Nice to know that she already has a devoted following.
