December 2009 Cake Of The Month
Member Edi Rosado's Nativity cake is a sweet reminder of the reason for the season. Edi is a self-taught cake decorator. The figurine cake toppers of Mary and Jesus are totally edible and made by hand.

Lovely modelling work. I especially like to the detailing work around the cake of the city. I think it makes the nativity scene.
It took hours for Edi to mold those figures, so I know she is going to be so happy to see the response. I agree that her detailing work around the cake really makes this cake special.
