Irene Likokas, owner of Sweet Irene's Custom Cakes in Bay Ridge, launched her first series of sugar art classes in December 2010. Her student is all smiles as she displays an awesome designer shopping bag cake! Irene has taught several classes with NYC Cake Decorators and we plan to work with Irene at her shop in 2011.
