Yuki was born in Kanagawa, Japan in 1971 and moved to San Diego, California in 2002. Besides being a mother, she has a passion for cake pops and opened up Creative Edibles by Yuki, quickly becoming the cake pop maven on the west coast. I took Yuki's class in Miami today, and not only is she incredibly talented, she is a great teacher. I truly enjoyed meeting her and look forward to practicing the techniques she taught us.
