Isn't this a beautiful cake? My student created this cake for her daughter's 7th Birthday. It's almost entirely decorated using the star tip. Piping with the star tip is one of the first skills learned in the New Wilton Method Cake Decorating Course 1. This case truly demonstrates how pressure control and focus can create beautiful designs on cake.
