My sugar wish list seems to have no end. But I've been vying for Nick Lodge's "Exotic and Tropical Flower" DVD. He's a fab teacher and would love to add this DVD to my sugar library.

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth and a gadget or device that would fill a cake pan or cupcake cup with the exactly perfect amount of batter to make just the right size cake. That would take the bite out of baking for me!

Oh, there are so many things that it is difficult to say just one thing but after thinking long and hard I think the one thing I would really like is a good clay gun and well I would love to learn how to make sugar balls but I don't know if there are any books out there with direction for that so back to a really good clay gun. Thanks for asking
