It would have to be my Mortar and Pestle-or as we latinos call it Pilon. Tha Pilon has been in my family for longer than I can remember. I love how I crush my Garlic into pudding, then I'll add my chosen spices with a dash of olive oil and then Taste it- if it taste good so will your food.Than I'll take it and rub it all over my chosen meat- Are you drooling yet! Every Holiday dinner has been made using my Pilon and I would be a mess without it. Happy cooking!

One of my favorite tools are my soft rubber spatulas. I use them to scrape my mixer bowl, to blend frosting colors and for so many things. They are such a versatile tool and I have them in all different colors, so they can be fun and stylish too!! :) My email address is fangelini@verizon.net
