NYC Cake Decorators receives lots of emails and requests to offer workshops for beginner cake decorators. The most amazing cake that I'd ever seen was created by the Bleeding Heart Bakery it's a CHANDELIER CAKE!
The idea alone blew my head wide open. Can you imagine people going to a wedding and of course looking for the beautiful cake... where is it? Hanging from the ceiling!!!!!!!!! Bleeding Heart blows my mind everytime!!!
