To make up for not attending the event she is going to post the Fancy Shoe and Shoe Box Cake Video Tutorial. Part I of the Fancy Shoe and Shoe Box Cake Tutorial is now available. Chef Anne Heap is scheduled to meet with NYC Cake Decorators on Febuary 6, 2010.
