Member Wins Big at NY Cake Convention!

Marcos Pena's beautifully executed Mermaid tiered cake won 1st Place at the NY Cake Convention. Marcos is one of our younger talented members. Congrats Marcos!

Your mermaid is lovely. My grandaughter wants me to make her 4th birthday cake "The Little Mermaid" next week (1/28/10). Can you provide me with directions to make the mermaid only? I would be so grateful as I am lost on where to begin. thank you! Y. Manos
