NYC Cake Decorators are fortunate that Chef Lauri DiTunno, Cake Alchemy, has agreed to a 1-hour demo in pulled and blown sugar.
If you have watched Lauri during 2 seasons of "Amazing Wedding Cakes" WEtv, you know that her signature technique is sugar work. What you may not know is that Lauri also teaches at French Culinary Institute and she has a new and more spacious custom cake shop in lower Manhattan.
